How to Order from AZGS

Publications and maps may be purchased by mail or in person from the AZGS office in Tucson. Prices are current and supersede all earlier listings. All prices are subject to change without notice. There are no exchanges for superseded publications.

When ordering from this website, please print out and complete the order form. Print your name and address clearly, check your arithmetic, and enclose the total amount of the order, including the shipping and handling charges. Because orders are generally shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), a street address is required for delivery. If your mailing address is a Post Office Box, you must provide your phone number to ensure delivery. Orders can be taken by phone with Visa or Mastercard.

Prepayment is required on all orders. Make the check or money order payable in U.S. dollars to the Arizona Geological Survey and send it with the order form to the Arizona Geological Survey, 416 W. Congress St., Suite 100, Tucson, Arizona, 85701. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for orders over $10.00. Please include card number, expiration date, and signature on order form. Do not send cash with your order. Stamps are not accepted as payment for publications or mailing charges. Arizona residents must add 8.1% sales tax to order. Arizona residents add 8.1% sales tax on SUBTOTAL amount. Other countries, request price quotation.

Most orders are filled promptly. Some, however, are delayed because of an incomplete address or insufficient payment. To avoid such delays, double-check the accuracy of your order, especially to make sure that you have provided a street address and included shipping and handling charges.

Overseas Orders: Call the AZGS office to request shipping charges and related information. The AZGS is not responsible for publications lost in the mail.
